This facility was extremely user friendly, I was very satisfied with the easy access to everything contactless, via email or text. The payment system is easy to use. Everything was quick and easy. Response times to questions were very timely. I don’t feel I needed anything other than reaching out for the move out process. However, still I had almost an immediate response. I was very happy I chose Spring Creek. The location is kept very well lit. I have rented from places, that were very dark and I didn’t feel safe, and I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable here accessing my things. I moved in and moved out in the evening. It’s near a very busy, main road. And easy access in and out. I highly, recommend using Spring Creek in need of storage on this side of town!
